Jaye brings nearly 30 years of experience advancing fundraising strategy across education, the arts, advocacy, food security, accessibility, and justice-centered organizations. She specializes in major gifts and campaign strategy—partnering with nonprofits to strengthen donor relationships, prepare for growth, and build sustainable fundraising programs.

Throughout her career, Jaye has led development efforts and major gift strategies for organizations including the American Foundation for the Blind, Gateways Music Festival, Fair Food Network, Public Justice, UDC Law, and the American Constitution Society. Her approach centers on meaningful donor engagement, strategic alignment, and empowering boards and staff to serve as confident fundraising partners.

As Founder & Principal of Flourishing LLC, Jaye works with organizations on campaign readiness, development assessments, strategic roadmaps, gift pyramids, donor qualification, and board engagement—ensuring nonprofits are fully prepared for major and multi-year initiatives.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 2010, Jaye is a past president of AFP Washington DC and served on the board of Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is also a Founder’s Circle member of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy.
