Celeste Hubert joins The Nonprofit Group as an Expert in fundraising events, sponsorship strategy, and donor engagement. She is the Principal of Celestial Strategies, a boutique fundraising firm and affiliate partner of The Nonprofit Group that specializes in donor cultivation, creative strategy, and memorable events that inspire generosity and strengthen nonprofit communities.
With more than 30 years of development and leadership experience, Celeste brings a relationship-driven and strategic approach to fundraising. She previously served as Regional Director of Development for Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, where she oversaw major and planned giving across seven states and became the organization’s highest-grossing fundraiser nationwide.
Through Celestial Strategies and her work with The Nonprofit Group, Celeste helps organizations grow their networks, elevate their fundraising events, and create meaningful donor experiences that advance mission-driven impact.
