As president of our preschool’s PTO, it is a pleasure to work with Manuel. Under his direction, the preschool has grown significantly since Manuel started. In an effort to allow the preschool to grow even more, Manuel developed a plan to expand the building, thereby allowing us to increase our number of students and therefore increase our income. Manuel created the budget, secured the donations to make the project happen, and is currently overseeing the construction project.
